Fees & Pricing

AutoRetta Fees

Right now, AutoRetta is completely free. No subscription, no commission, no hidden charges. Here's what that means for you — and how we think about pricing going forward.

AutoRetta Platform Fee

$0.00

Always included. No surprises.

We built AutoRetta to make the salvage auction market more accessible and transparent. Charging for basic access would contradict that mission — so for now, everything is free.

What's always free

Browsing the full inventory — all makes, models, and auction sources

Viewing real-time bid prices, sale dates, and vehicle details

Transparent fee breakdowns before you commit to a bid

Saving vehicles to your watchlist

Setting search alerts for new listings

Accessing the bid tracker to monitor your auctions

Our commitment to transparency

Even when fees are introduced in the future, we will always be upfront about them. We show you every auction fee before you bid — the payment fee, the online bid fee, the gate fee, the environmental fee. Nothing buried in fine print.

If AutoRetta ever charges a platform fee, it will appear as its own line item in the bid panel alongside all other fees — with a plain-English explanation of what it covers and why it exists.

No hidden fees

Every cost is surfaced before you commit. What you see is what you pay.

Itemized always

AutoRetta fees will always be a separate, labeled line — never bundled into auction fees.

Explained, not assumed

We'll tell you what any fee is for and link to a page like this one.

What about auction house fees?

Auction host fees are not AutoRetta markup — they are separate line items on your receipt (payment fee, bid fee, gate fee, environmental fee) so you can see what belongs to the auction. You may complete purchase payment through AutoRetta's secure checkout; those fees are still the auction's charges, not an AutoRetta platform fee.
